   Contract Requirements:

The contract is prepared for definitive review.  The contract has been finished and is published on this site.  No additions will be made to the contract by the Investor unless agreed to by both parties.  The following is essentially what will be in the contract for the Investor:  FOR THE INITIAL MACHINE but NOT the SECOND flying car:  There will only be one Investor (individual or business) involved in this transaction.  The second flying car will be discussed at the time of signing.  The information below is a close approximation and may change with the actual build of this machine.

               1.  All the equipment and additional needed machining to build this machine will be paid by

                       the Investor. (~$40,000.00)

               2.  All the materials needed for building one machine will be paid by the Investor, as well as

the lease and utilities for the location where it is to be built. (~$75,000.00)

               3.  A stipend of $7,500.00 a month will be paid to Inventor monthly until the project is

finished. (Estimated time for build is two years, depending upon supply of essentials.)

               4.  Both engines for the initial flying machine have to be purchased and built.

(~$80,000.00)  The third engine will cost ~$15,000.00 for the driving aspect of the car.

               5.  Multiple Patents are written on this machine, with several others being developed.  Note:

It can take up to 2-3 years for the patents to be reviewed and approved or denied, this

will be the time spent in developing the machine.  (Patents paid by the Inventors.)

               6.  Investor will pay for any aviation licenses and instruction needed to fly this machine. (This

could run from $4,000.00 to $40,000.00 because a helicopter license is required.)

               7.  If and when the machine is ready to fly, the Investor at that time can decide if he/she wants

the second machine build at cost for themselves, and/or, to stay with the finishing process                           until a company wants to procure the patents with royalties and the Investor                                       ends up with a 0.5% royalty that will be very profitable in the long run.                                                                                                      Example: Each machine will cost:

~ $1,000,000.00  initially, or more, and if massed produced i.e. through a large

aeronautical, automotive, or a government company much more can be earned.

                        Example: ( 5000 machines will mean a royalty of ~$25,000,000.00 at investor's

percentage.)  This can be calculated out to even more with government demands, along

with state law enforcement and public demands increasing over the next 17 years, which

                        they will.

               8.  If the project fails, the Investor may obtain all equipment bought for the project if so

desired.  The flying car will stay with the Inventors.  If the Investor backs out at anytime,                             the Investor forfeits all the enumeration invested and all rights end completely.  If the

machine is resurrected, the Investor will be notified to find out if he or she still wants to be                         part of the program as agreed to above.

               9.  The Investor, if found through a secondary party, will pay the finder's award of

                        $100,000.00.

             10.   An initial start up fee of $60,000.00 will be paid to Inventors by Investor for necessary fees

for moving, relocation, and a building to lease to move existing parts and equipment into

                        etc.

              11.   There will always be unforeseen circumstances in all endeavors and this build will be no

different.  Any such significant occurrence will be discussed with the Investor prior to any

                        changes:  design, or financial.

One has to realize that the first functional machine if viable will monetarily be priceless.  Shelby's

first roadster sold for ~$13,000,000.00 at auction after his death, and that was only a car.

The second car by Shelby is currently worth ~$7,000,000.00.  The person who has the

second flying car made will have a very, very expensive machine and it alone will out weigh

all that was invested to build it.  Also, if you own a percentage of the royalties over the next                      17 years, who knows what you might make?  Think about it.
